November 3, 2011, Chicago, IL - Occupy Chicago and the Chicago Teachers Union disturb a talk of Governor Scott Walker.

"It's an outrage and a shame", that's how the protesters start their chants, "that we sit here at this fancy breakfast to listen to someone who has wreaked havoc on the lives of working families.

In spring 2011, against massive popular resistance, Governor Walker went ahead with huge wage cuts for public employees and new regulation that prohibits them from engaging in collective bargaining.
