Marco has been trying to organise his work according to political aspects for three decades, sometimes strategically, together with other comrades. He describes how this can be organised as a collective practice and why choosing your job strategically is also a good idea for the climate movement.

Our film "Air To Breathe" (Germany, 2019) is about comrades who started working at Opel in Bochum in the early 1970s for similar reasons.
